At Zerah Home, we aim to deliver your kitchen essentials efficiently and affordably across South Africa.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

Orders are dispatched once a week on Thursdays

Orders placed after Wednesday may be dispatched the following week

You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed.

We offer the following delivery methods:

Standard Courier Delivery

Nationwide delivery via trusted couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy)

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Shipping cost: R90 – R250, depending on location, weight, and size.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

PUDO Locker Delivery (Affordable Option)

We also offer PUDO locker-to-locker delivery, a convenient and cost-effective option.

Estimated cost: From R60 – R150 (depending on parcel size)

Delivery is made to a selected PUDO locker near you

You will receive a code to collect your parcel from the locker

Standard courier fees are calculated at checkout

PUDO pricing depends on parcel size and will be confirmed via email

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

PUDO delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on locker availability.

Delays may occur due to:

High order volumes.

Courier or locker system delays.

Weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Zerah Home is not responsible for delays once orders are handed to the courier or PUDO service.

Ensure your contact details are correct

For PUDO, collect your parcel within the specified timeframe

Failure to collect may result in additional fees.

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photo/video evidence

We will assist in resolving issues with the courier where applicable.
