1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Photo or video evidence is provided
The item is unused and in original packaging
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Preference-based exchanges or swaps

4. RETURN PROCESS

You will receive return instructions
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
Returns that do not meet our criteria may be declined
5. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
If approved, we will:
Replace the item, OR
Issue a refund if a replacement is not available
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
We do not cover shipping for returns outside our policy
7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Returns reported after 24 hours may not be accepted
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our criteria
Minor variations in colour or finish due to lighting or screens are not defects
