Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before processing.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched on Thursdays. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver across South Africa.
How much is shipping?
Shipping ranges from R90 – R250, depending on your location and parcel size.
Do you offer cheaper delivery options?
Yes We offer PUDO locker delivery as a more affordable option.
Can I collect my order?
No - Zerah Home is an online-only store and does not offer collections.
PUDO LOCKER DELIVERY
How does PUDO delivery work?
Your parcel is delivered to a secure locker. You’ll receive a code to collect your order.
How do I request PUDO delivery?
After placing your order, email us your order number and preferred locker location.
How much does PUDO cost?
From approximately R69 – R150, depending on parcel size.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos or videos showing the issue.
How do I request a return?
Send us your order number, images/videos, and a description via email (zerahhome@gmail.com) or WhatsApp(066 470 4865).
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No - if the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Will I get a refund or replacement?
We will offer a replacement first, or a refund if a replacement is not available.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
What if I report after 48 hours?
We may not be able to assist, so please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. Only approved returns for damaged or incorrect items will be processed.
